These terms govern your use of Daily Worklog, an Atlassian Forge app published by Son Nguyen Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable Atlassian terms for Jira and Marketplace apps. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Subject to these terms and the app’s Marketplace listing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Daily Worklog for your organization’s internal Jira reporting. You must have authorization to access the Jira site and the data you request. The app operates with the current user’s Jira permissions and does not grant access to restricted projects, issues, or worklogs.
You must comply with Atlassian’s applicable terms and Acceptable Use Policy, your organization’s policies, and applicable law. You may not use the app to access, disclose, or export data without authorization; interfere with the app or Forge platform; or use the app for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes. We may suspend support or, where reasonably necessary, restrict or terminate access to the app for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Daily Worklog is a reporting aid, not an immutable audit, payroll, or accounting system. Reports depend on Jira data, permissions, API behavior, and the selected date range and time zone; results may be incomplete or become stale if Jira data changes. Verify important results against Jira before relying on them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or support for it. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or that every defect will be corrected. Atlassian’s services are subject to Atlassian’s own terms and availability commitments.
We retain our rights in the app and its original materials. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Atlassian and other parties retain their respective rights in Jira, Forge, and their materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business or compliance requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Son Nguyen Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data; business interruption; or costs of substitute services, arising out of or related to the app or these terms, even if advised that such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the app or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the app during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, this limit is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version at this URL. The updated date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
