Daily Worklog Support

Thanks for using Daily Worklog, published by Son Nguyen Apps. We welcome bug reports and ideas for making the app more useful.

Support hours and response target

Support is available Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to acknowledge support requests within 48 hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed resolution time or service-availability SLA.

Report a bug

Email sonnguyenappssupport@gmail.com with:

• Your Jira site URL and the app environment, if known
• The steps needed to reproduce the problem
• What you expected and what happened
• A screenshot and any relevant error text

Please remove or obscure personal, confidential, or sensitive Jira information from screenshots and messages. Never email passwords, API tokens, or authentication secrets.

Request a feature

Send your idea to sonnguyenappssupport@gmail.com. A short description of the problem it would solve and how you expect the feature to work is especially helpful. We review suggestions but do not guarantee implementation.
