Daily Worklog is published by Son Nguyen Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy.
When an authorized Jira user opens the app or runs a report, Daily Worklog accesses Jira data needed to provide the report. Depending on the selected project and date range, this may include project names and keys, issue keys, worklog dates and durations, and worklog authors’ Jira account IDs, display names, and Atlassian-hosted avatar URLs. The app uses this information to group and display worklogs by person and day.
The app makes authenticated Jira API requests as the current user. It does not bypass Jira permissions: the results are limited by that user’s access, the site’s app-access rules, and any applicable Jira restrictions.
The app’s resolver runs on Atlassian Forge, and its user interface runs in the Jira page. Report information is processed to fulfill the user’s request and is held in page memory while the report is displayed. Son Nguyen Apps does not operate an external server for this app and does not intentionally store report data in developer-controlled databases or app storage. Closing or refreshing the page clears the report from that page’s memory.
Atlassian provides the Forge and Jira services and may process technical or operational information under its own terms and privacy notices. Jira records remain subject to the customer’s Jira configuration and retention policies. The app does not control Atlassian’s infrastructure logs, retention, or data-location practices.
We do not sell personal information. The app does not send report data to advertising, analytics, or other third-party services. Information is sent to Atlassian services as needed to run Forge, authenticate users, and retrieve Jira data. Avatar images, when shown, are loaded from Atlassian-hosted URLs.
The app requests the read:jira-work Jira scope and uses Forge’s authenticated user context. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure; Atlassian’s security and privacy terms also apply to its hosting and Jira services. Do not use the app to access data you are not authorized to view.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on personal information. Daily Worklog does not maintain a separate persistent copy of Jira worklog data. Requests concerning Jira records should generally be directed to your Jira site administrator or Atlassian; for questions about the app’s processing, contact us at sonnguyenappssupport@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your request or direct you to the party that controls the relevant data.
The app is designed for use with Jira Cloud by organizations and their authorized users; it is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the app or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
